Hi everybody
I filed my 485 ,case transferred to Charlotte local office,
filing date Oct 2001 ,case transferred to local office got notice dated Nov 5th 2001 from Charlotte office.
AP was sent to home on DEC 2001
EAD was given DEC 20th 2001, has to go Charlotte to pick up.
FP notice received on 16th Jan 2002.
FP Appointment dated 23 rd Jan 2002.
waiting for local office interview for approval .
This is my case status.If any body's case(485) transferred to charlotte office ,I want to know the details.so that we can track what's happening.
Does any one has idea about how long it will take for approval with interview notice past FP stage in Charlotte local office.
