I am a citizen here since last 2 months.
My mother was here with us with I-512L valid till December 2009. She has a I-94 form and I 797A.
I-94 valid till 08/2009.
She is currently back in her home country.
Now her immigration process was through a lawyer and no outcome as of yet.
So i am a little lost as to how i can get her sponsored by myself.
Can anyone advice
