I am planning to file for my GC in EB-1A category through the TSC. Since the TSC lists the current I-485 processing time as sept 2007, I had decided to do Consular processing
My lawyer however tells me that he has seen AOS cases get approved within 9 months after filing if I-140 and 485 are filed concurrently.
Is this true? any help would be greatly appreciated
