I have received the Fingerprint notice for my I-485 adjustment of status (filed Dec 2001). I have an H1 B Visa and I am not going to use an EAD/AP. I plan to get married in April/May and bring my spouse here on H4 visa. Then add my spouse as "follow to join" on Green card process.
Now my Fingerprint notice is for February 8, 2002. I understand that after the fingerprints are done I-485 may get approved any time. Can anyone please tell me if I should reschedule the fingerprinting? Can I reschedule it to a later date say in May 2002? Do they reschedule it over the phone or in person?
