My priority date is 11/2006 as a derivative applicant (primary is my wife)
I got a letter from USCIS dt. 9/23/09 asking to submit request for evidence. (asking to clarify if I have any professional affiliations) and gave a 30 day response time. I am yet to respond to it. Is it better to write NONE or is it OK to put an affiliation in India (I only have an old certificate as a proof)
While this is in process, I got an e-mail today saying that last processing action was taken on this case. I am very much worried. I did not receive this letter yet. Can any one guide me what is this?
