AOS Interview in 2 and half months

7/25/09 I-485 & I-130 filed at Chicago lock box
7/28/09 Received at Chicago lock box
7/28/09 Priority date
7/31/09 USCIS mailed receipt
8/5/09 Received Receipt
8/7/09 Fingerprint date for 9/2/09
8/11/09 RFE for missing I-864
8/25/09 Replied RFE
8/28/09 I-485 status changed to RFE received
9/2/09 Fingerprint done
9/3/09 I-485 soft date change on 9/3/09 (It means USCIS touched my file on 9/3/09)
9/23/09 USCIS mailed AOS Interview letter
9/30/09 Received AOS Interview for 10/22/09

I have signed up for email status update, one of my friend told that when USCIS opens your file (regardless of they make change or no) it provides the date last touched by USCIS, I dont see any change in date since 9/3/09 for I-485 and 8/11/09 for I-130 application. There is no status change as well, still I got my Interview letter.

if you have any case pending, Please keep checking your mailbox regularly. Please don’t just rely on email update.
