Need info on AOS

Hi,

What is the travel restriction on a H1B visa holder after filing for marriage based AOS?

Can the person travel outside US after EAD is received or he has to stay in the US until the GC is issued?

Is it a concern if after receiving the EAD, H1B expires before the GC is issued?
