I-485 and J-1 Advance Parole

Hello,
I got married with an US citizen and I would like to apply for the I-130 and the I-485.I am currently in the US with a valid J-1,do I need an Advance Parole if I want to travel abroad for about a month? Thank you!

yup, you need to file for advance parole to re-enter again here in u.s it will represent as departure i.d.. read more about uscis.gov
