Can I-130 petitioner travel while I-485 interview

Hi, Can my wife (Naturalized Citizen) travel out of the country while my AOS is in process? We just got the NOA for my concurrent filing of I-130, I-485 & I-765.

For the I-130, since we are married for more than 2 yrs I do not anticipate an interview, however:
For the I-485 interview can I be present alone or have to take my wife along ?
