I am here in Us on student visa valid till2012.
MY mother who is a permanant resident had filed for me as a unmarried son under 21 in July 2005.
I am in Us.
My priority date is now current in November 2009.
My question is when my mother files affidavit for support she stays at home with my sister who is a physician and she sponsered my mother.
My sister and my mother lives in the same house but for I 864 purposes does my sister needs to fill out I 864 or I 864A?? She is married and has 2 children and has sponsed my parents. But on I 864 filling out application for my mother household size section it should be me, my mother and father plus if we are going to use my sister and she fills out I 864 A so, the household size should be #4. Is that right?? This is my sister's house but this is the only house my mother who is the petitioner has lived . She was housewife in india and here. So, in the question about I am employed since??? She should put unemployed and annual income zero and than my sister's income from I 864A would be our prinicipal income. would that be ok her income is 250000$ which is way above required but as I said she sponsered my mother but My mother who is petioner for me has no income what should I do???
