Approval before my wife arrives from India....

FP = 1/31/02 (Both myself and my wife are planning to take the FP and she will leave after the FP and come back on 20th April, 2002)

i) Do u think I will get the approval before april?
ii)If so, can she come back with H-4 and approval notice?

It would be a miracle (3 months from fingerprinting to approval) but it could happen.

ii)If so, can she come back with H-4 and approval notice?

I don't think so but check with your attorney. You should obtain an Advance Parole for her so she can get back in with less hassle. She may be able to enter the country with that even after approval. But check with your lawyer.

However it is highly unlikely you will get your 485 processed within 3 months after the Fingerprints being taken.
