I am student here on F1 VIsa.
My mother permanat resident here filed for me in July 2005. I am 23 yrs old right now but I think I would benifit from CSPA because my case was pending with teh USCIS for 3 yrs. So, My priority date is current now. The address on my I 130 is my address in india. I am currently in US. Should I cal NVC and tell them to mail my papers here in US or just wait for it to go to India.
