Just want to know if I can file I-140 stand alone even if I am qualify to file concurrently with I-485. Your information is highly appreciated

Yes, you can. There is no rule that 485 has to be filed concurrently.

thanks for the response. It 's a great help, Hope you'll help me some more in the regards to the following questions:

1. When filing my Form I-140 can I request to port in my priority date from the previously approved form I-140 from the same employer under EB3? If yes, How will my employer do it ?

2. Or just in case if my newly filed form I-140 will be approved can I just request to interfile my pending form I-485 with request to port in my priority date from my previous form I-140?

3. Or should I apply concurrently with my form I-140 and request to interfile form I-485 simultaneously?

Please help.
