Hi ,
I was told by one of my friend that I can apply for I-485 and keep postponing the date for fingerprints until I get married...with this process in progress i can get married ...bring my wife on H4 and do a "follow to join" for her.
Please let me know if this is possible or what is the best you can do when you got I-140 aprroved and getting married within 6 months.
Any help is appreciated..thanx
