GreenCard Not received because of Biometric delay I-551Stamped

I have received the I-485 approval notice but the online status is still pending. I took the Info pass appointment and got the I-551 Stamped in my passport. I also had raised an SR with USCIS on my case. They have sent me a letter saying that I may have to go for the Biometric appointment again and should wait till I receive the appointment notice from USCIS. Now I will have to travel out of country for 2 months and may receive the Biometric appointment letter during my absence. Can I reschedule the appointment after I come back? Are there any issues in traveling now with the I-551 stamp now?

You should call the customer service line to get directives on this issue. It sounds like you are not yet cleared by FBI, so to avoid issues upon your return from outside the US, you shoud get this sorted out with USCIS prior to traveling.
