    In the AOS + I-130 checklist, I just noticed that it mentions a copy of the intending immigrant's birth certificate AND/OR passport.

    Question: Is the passport copy not actually required? Is it better or worse to include it here if we've included the Birth Cert?

    I included both in my parent's petition. I dont see how it can harm your case to send both. More is better with immigration I find.

      Yeah, I would have to agree with you. When all else fails...If you have it, send it.

      But of course, make sure it's organized well so the officer isn't getting frustrated while having to dig through the packet.
