EAD Filing Fee

- I read in the I765 instruction form that c(9) adjustment applicant who filed for adjustment under the fee structure implemented on July 30, 2007, does not have to pay the EAD renewal fee. My adjustment (I485) was file in Sep 2007 through an attorney. I presume I fall under the new fee structure and so, I don't have to pay for EAD renewal. Am I understanding it correctly?
- When I apply for EAD and AP together, is it fine to put all the supporting documents and applications together in one envolope and send it off to USCIS or should I submit each application and supporting documents in separate envolopes?

You have to pay for renewal if you applied based on the July 2007 bulletin.
