Hi, I am here in US on student visaF1.
My mother is a permanant resident and filed for me as child under 21 July 2005. My priority date becomes current in November 2009. I am 23 yrs old now but I am protected by CSPA because my case was pending with the USCIS for 3 yrs. I haven't received anything from the NVC yet.
    MY questions:
    1. Can I apply for I 485 in November with the approval notice from USCIS that I received in november 2008. My case is going to be current in november 2009.
    2. Do I have to notify the NVC that I am here on student visa now and give them my US address??
Because when my mother filed for me in 2005 I was in India so, my mother put my india address in the form and now I came to US in 2007. Do I need to tell the NVC that I am in US now and have them send my paperwork to me at my US address??
    Thanks

You seem to cognizant of your options with aging out, so I would suggest you file the form I-824 "Action on an Approved Petition" to restart the process of getting you back in line for processing. All the best and be sure to post your experience with your case so others can benefit.

    All the best
