My questions:

1. My current status is ASYLEE. I do not know what to say for the next question 'Expires on'. Please help.
2. Should the form be filled in capital letter?

1. If there is no expiration date for your document, then you will write N/A to indicate it is not applicable.

2. CAPS or okay.
