Hello,
Need an opinion in the following:
I was selected for DV2010; currently I am in the US so I will adjust my status here.
My number is high and according to the last year's visa bulletin it became current in July only.
As I understood I would be able to file AofS application only after my number becomes current. Is that right or there are ways to apply earlier?
Do you know what are the processing times and how long does it take for the whole thing to be done? If my number becomes current in June-July do I still have a chance to get my green card?
I will really appreciate getting some opinions. Thx.
