Hello all,
I had received a CP date of Apr 2001 (last year) but my company was taken over and hence I had to cancel the interview.
The I140 amendment took 9 months (the INS had lost my case papers).
I received the new I140 last week so I have applied for CP now. I can not travel after 1 Mar 2002 due to health reasons and hence I need to get a date in Feb. Any guess on the odds of getting a date that quickly esp. because I had obtained a date earlier. I have mentioned the health reasons in my request for an interview date.
My PCC is old (Mar 2001) but I have not travelled outside US since Mar 2001. Do I need a new PCC?
Also, how long is it taking nowadays for a 485 from Nebraska? My company is not in too good a shape.
