I-130 and 485 submitted, I-94 expiring

Hello,
I'm new to this forum, tried to find the same problem, but probably it's too easy for the rest of the people here, so you don't even discuss this
I'm a wife of US Citizen on B1 visa. We submitted I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765 concurrently and just got I-797C Notices of Action for each one form. They confirm that the applications are received and say the receipts numbers, no other information.
My I-94 is valid till Nov 13 2009 and B1/B2 MultiVisa expires Dec 05 2009. Am I going to be illegal/out of status after Nov 13? On the other hand, if I'm not mistaken, it's not recommended to leave the country now, when my documents are already filed. So, what I need to do right now or what I need get the next from INCIS?

1- No, whenever you have a pending i-485 that put u in a legal status until the i-485 approve or denied.
2-you need to wait for the 131 approval b4 leaving the country if u leave before that u may not be able to come back on your b visa.
3- now just wait for your BIO, should arrive very soon.
