    If you decide to go to the US before approval of I130... which is better, faster and safer? adjustment of status or consular processing?

    You can only do AOS if your priority date is current, if not you have to go back to your country and await CP.

        AOS provides you other benefits like EAD, AP while you wait. CP does not provide any such benefits.

        If the PD is current and the person wants to live in the US, AOS is better. If not CP.
