Hi,
I filed PERM under EB2, my priority date is July 2007 and my I-140 is approved. I am waiting for my PD to become current so that I can apply for EAD. Basically this will allow me do something on the side and my wife, who is currently on H4, to get a job.
Currently the cut off is Jan 22nd 2005.
- Is there a way these movements can be predicted? I know the movement has been quite erratic in the past year.
- What determines the movement of cutoff dates?
- When can I expect July 2007 to become current?
