i went to the interview 13 days ago the officer said she will deni it but she will think about it
can she say i will denid it ? is this legal and she was so bad with us she close the camera the one she was record with it and threat my wife and try to push her my wife was so suprise how she can do this and she put it again like nothing happend then she didit again this officer is big bi she is old black women i need help please guys wt should i do now im wating nothing in the mail untill now

Let me just say as a Black woman, I find your post off putting. I am not sure why you mentioned her race and her physical attributes, but uhm, I dont think either has anything to do with your experience.

Let's see

US immigration, doesn't judge applicants based on their race. But at the same time, immigration laws have been formulated over the years to prevent abuse and determine eligibility based on numerous factors. When 2 different people come together and form a bond in the shape of a marriage to get around immigration laws, yes then immigration officers can smell it. Most of the immigration officers are working for years so they have ton of experience under their belt. At the same time, if you suspect any mistreatment, you can file a compliant to USCIS against that immigration officer. We don't know the details of your case nor what happened during your interview, like what questions were asked and how you answered those questions. But either way you would receive a letter from USCIS. If your case is denied the letter will tell you if you could file an appeal. I hope things work out just fine with you!

its been almost 16 days since my interview is this a good thing or its bad since the officer said its gona denided the hall case i wish god help me im dieing slowly every day that pass

Why are you so impatient? My interview was on September 9th

and I haven't heard back from INS. The lady told me a decision would be made within 30-60 days. She was very nice and respectful to me. Wrote in my passport my A#, signed her name and date and also wrote pending SRC 485...not sure what it means. But I am still waiting there is nothing I can do at this point. My case was not marriage based. My dad filed but I am also out of status. Not sure if she will give me a break. So be patient and hope for the best.

SRC is the texas service centers old acronym. is that where u had your interview?

Yes in texas its in irving tx , my frnd he had inter view day be4 me and the women she didnt say any thng they snd him a other interview
bt me i still wait i dnt knw ist coz she saied i will denid it or its gona be longer than this i realy need to know if any one went to dalas img center tell me the time frame
