  • Timeline of I-130/I-131/I-485/I-765

    Hello everyone,
I will concurrently file I-130/I-131/I-765/I-485, can anyone know roughly the timeline of that package?

I want to have a trip outside the country for one week from 13March to 21March 2010, and I need the Advance Parole(I-131) to do so. However, I want my trip outside the country before the Green Card Interview. Can anyone please tell me when is the appropriate time I Should send the package?

I hope my question is clear. Thank you!

    Unique Situation

All intending immigrants have their own unique situation. So you can't predict time intervals of any case. Once you file your AOS, usually within a month you are scheduled for fingerprints and a month later (after the security clearance/background checks) EAD and AP are processed and approved or denied. If all the requirements and conditions are met, then you should expect an interview within 5 months, again based on your local area office. If you fail to respond to any Request for Evidence notices( these notices can continue until you receive your GC) or don't show up for fingerprint interview or AOS interview, your application may be considered abandoned hence receiving an unfavorable decision. You should know your priorities better than anyone else as you should keep all the consequences in mind. My advice make a very informed decision with all the options you have at your disposal. At the end it all depends how much risk you can take. This is not a legal advice.
