Friends,
My I140 got approved, but I am in between jobs(my prev employer had applied for i140 after which I got laid off)
Now for filing I485 what is the criteria ?
I should have an employer who can sponsor my GC ???
PD should be current ??

Also is there any time frame for filing I485 after the I 140 approval ?

You cannot file the 485using the already approved I140 unless the company is still ready to sponsor you as a future employee for the GC.

If not, the other steps in your I140 post has to be followed.
