Hi everyone,

I checked the USCIS website for civil surgeons in NYC for Japanese doctors, but I couldn't find one.

Would anyone know of a Japanese civil surgeon in NYC that can exam my wife and help her fill out the I-693 Form?

Approved CS

You can not pick any other CS if it is not on the USCIS list. Whatever list of CS is provided by USCIS, you can pick from that list only.
