EAD not taken
I went for interview with UScitizen spouse.TheIO asked our names ,if this was our first marriage(yes),where we met,date of birth and questions on theI-485.After that,she asked for proof that we were living together.we gave her the leases of our present and previous apartments,joint account statements,phone bills and she said she did not need more from us.she took myI-94 and asked if we had questions.we asked what the outcome was and she said she needed to do some checks and we will get a mail in a few weeks time.I have checked our status online and it did not even reflect the interview.Pls why was my EAD not taken?Does this mean we have a problem?

Need Patience!
What if she had taken away your EAD and still not had approved your GC on the spot? Then you would have been in more trouble, wouldn't you? Without EAD, you would not have been able to work......, right? So just be patient, let them do their work and don't get scared so easily. As for as the update on the website is concerned, it is not done on time, you are not the only one. So be patient, just relax and have fun with your family.
