hello( sorry for my english), i was merried for 4 years till now, and me and my husband have interviyu in 10/2007, after our interviyu we did not receved anything form imm.office , i have been called to 800.. number, and they keep telling me that is case under review , wright now 2009, and we married for 4.5 years, i still don't have anithing from them. I went to lowyer , she said i have 2 choices: still wait or go to cort house and suit goverment and it is will cost me 3000$, i dont want to do that. please anybody tell what i shoud do?

Well, looks like it you are at the mercy of USCIS and I am sure you are not the only one. Get info pass appointment and keep a record of what time you called, the agent ID and what was told to you. Next step, go to CIS ombudsman website ,click on this link, or copy it and paste it in your browser, http://www.dhs.gov/files/programs/editorial_0497.shtm.
Just follow the instruction on that page. I hope this helps you.
