I485 possibile issues

Hello, I need some advise, being in a crucial moment in which your advise will considerably help with my future actions.
I applied for GC in 2004 with another sponsor then the company I am working for.I never worked for this sponsor, it was for future employment probably when my greencard would be approved.
My status at this time is having I485 in pending since September 2007 and my H1B visa with the company I am working for is expiring in February next year. Instead of extension I applied for EAD, having this right.
My question is this: when and for how long I should work for sponsor company in order to maintain our bona fide and eliminate any eventually suspicion that the whole sponsorship wasn't a fraud?

you dont need to worry about fraud unless there is intent.



you should begin to work for your sponsor when you receive your work permit, and ideally you should be employed with that employer at least until after your interview.
