I want to apply for AOS for my mother. Do i need to include an employment letter showing that i am currently employed or should i submit my tax docs. with current pay stubs.

The form has a list of items you need to submit with your application, read it and follow the instructions. If you still have questions post again. A job letter is not asked for specifically, but you need to show ( tax return and W-2s ) that you are able to financially support your relative for the next 5 to 10 yrs.
