    Hello everyone,

I must say, this is a good place to share experiences... thank you.

my concern is this... I came into the country on a visitor visa, and meet someone, after the intended 4weeks I was going to stay, I went on the next leg of my trip outside the US. I came back to the US and continued with my relationship with this guy, we were both taken with each other, that we got married recently and living together, both ofus have never been married. though I have a kid from previous relationship back in my country.
we are in process of apply for adjustment of status for me in the new year...
can anyone shade some good advice... as we will only have been married 2months when we make the application.... I first came into the country in september and left for a trip, came back in november, got married in dec..... thank you...

need more details on your spouse's status to reply to this.

You will have to prove you have a bona fide marriage and that you did not enter the US to marry just to get a green card. if u can do that, u should be okay.

        all the best
