My EAD is approved online. My husband had filed for my AOS on Oct 20th 2009 based on his recent citizenship. I was on H1 until Dec 4th 2009 and currently am not working. So when approximately can i expect for having Greencard interview, and also how long does it normally to get GC in hand if everthing goes fine.I had been out of status in past ( did not work for an year though was on H1B).So in my case can i not travel out of US and try to come back on AP?If i travel out of US and stay outside US for longer time ( 6 moths)after EAD approval and before getting GC in hand does my GC application get denied? How long does it take to apply and get reentry permit after getting GC so that one can travel out of OS and reside outside US for some time?
