Dear friends
I have two questions and I tried to get answers by phone from USCIS, but couldn't.
1. In the medical examination report, the doctor made a mistake in my place of birth. Instead of 'o' he wrote 'a'. I may not get the doctor easly. He is very busy. What do you think? Shall I send it as it is (with out correction)?
2. In part 3 #2 of I-485, the question starts with "Have you received public assistance in the United State from any source, ....."
Does this include an assistance received in the past, which has already been terminated? What about if you get only once?
