From past some months USCIS publishes I485 employment based inventory statistics.
I have a some questions on that.
For example - from last couple of months in the published visa bulletins the EB2 India date is January 22, 2005.
Today I saw the inventory statistics that was updated on December 11, 2009
It says that for March 2005, pending EB2 cases for India is 3226. While in the previous update they had for March 2005 pending EB2 cases for India were 3341.
What my confusion is that the PD was never March 2005 in any of the visa bulletins, then how come they approved I485s from March 2005? Same with April 2005...is there something that I am missing?
