I-485
I need help folks. My I-485 has been approved but I still don't have my Green card. My application was denied before I went for my interview b'cos I had a court case pending. I was at the court and they gave the go ahead to proceed which allowed me to go for the interview. Now, my husband's I-130 was approved and the court case was dismissed but I still don't have the card. What shd I do. My lawyer said USCIS approved my application with a different file Num. He has written to correct all that but it's been 6mths and still I have nothing .
