I- 485 and or EAD (I-765)
any chance of getting an I-765 (ead) and/or a I-485 by marrying a citizen, if:
-came on a family visa at 3 months old and been living here for 23 years continuously
-been arrested/ given citations for minor **** possession 3 times in lifetime, twice as minor-14 & 16 yo- n once as 18 yo adult. Nolle process was final verdict on all cases, i havent smoked or been in trouble since, i sent in a certificate of completion for a substance abuse program with my 'immigration packet' which stated that I was not an addict and required no further counseling, and I have recently graduated from college with two degrees including an associates in nursing. Also, what are the chances that by filing this paperwork I have just gotten myself on the road to be deported.
