Please reply about my I-131 travel document i filed my I-485 on July 2007 My wife is Prime and i am depended our I-140 approved on July2006. I come to India on Nov 19th 2009 my current I-131 expires on 6th Feb 2010. I renewed my new I-131 on Nov 15 while i was in USA and it was approved on Dec 28, 2009 and valid until Dec 27, 2010 (now i am in india).
I am doing some computer courses in Hyderabad and my classes will finish on Feb 14th and I am coming back to USA on 15 Feb 2010. My wife already sent me the new I-131 Approval by FedEx please some one let me know is it safe to travel after 6th FEB 2010.
