Expiration Date of I94 based on J1 Visa

My spouse will be filing for me and on the I130 and the I485 it asked for the expiration date of the I94, I came here on a J1 Visa (I have gotten a waiver) and instead of an expiration date on the I94 it states D/S which means duration of stay. Could you please let me know what should I write as the expiration date?

Mention D/S and it should be fine.
