    adjust status after marriage to US inmate

    Can anyone pls tell me if I can adjust my status from tourist visa after marrying my bf who happens to be in jail awaiting court resolution? If so how do I go about it? If he is in jail, can I use a non-relative to execute an affidavit of support when I file for AOS? Please help. Thank you in advance. God Bless

      You can use a non-relative, but what if they called you for an interview and your boyfriend is still incarcerated??
