Concurrent Filing - Immediate Relative

Hi,
When concurrent filing (I-130, I-485, I-765 EAD) for our parent, how much time does it take and what is the total fees. Do you put in 1 cheque or separate cheques for each form.
Is a cover letter required for each parent?
