i was an F1 student until my status went bad as i tried to transfer from one school to the next. my 1-20 was messed because the admission officer refused to release my i-20 because i owed the school $900.
2 yrs ago.i went out of status .then after 2 years i got married to my wife US citizen ,i have been married for 11 months .when i was about to file i went out to search for some money ,which was hard because of the recession ,when i arrived my wife ran away, i went to the leasing office ,and they told me ,she ran ,with all the papers except the marriage liecense which was with me and i have her birth certificate .she swept the house left me in a debt.
now i dont know what to do if i should go to the police ,or file the i-4etc.
as i speak i am searching for her ,what should i do in regards to my issues.i m stuck .i need to start working immediately ,i have no money.

i have been to the police,they gave me number etc ,my question is ,can i still file any form,if so which one ,what do i tell uscis

No, you can't file anything by yourself with a marriage certificate in your hand. You need to prove to USCIS that your marriage is legit and you live together.

we lived together until then, i aquired a home for her ,i want to divorce ,the uscis can keep its country ,i am sick and tired .we found her ,with the help of police detectives. she will not talk to me or at least sign me out for divorce , i need her signature to release me so I CAN GO HOME TO MY OWN COUNTRY.
i cant because i am tied .i fear God and i take marriage seriously.what does USCIS have to say about its people. marriage was in good faith,the recession hit ,there were no jobs ,i manuevered around place to place just to find a dollar.i managed to aquire a home.
is this mental abuse?if so what should i do?its one thing not to want to be married ,its another to trying to release a person so they can go on.
