started our green card processing : 2005
Currently in I-485 status with AP and EAD obtained
Got RFE in April 2009 and Nebraska center shows our status as receiving our reply to RFE on April 24th 2009. We have not heard since or the case status has not been altered in any way online.
Specific q's:
1.) Typically after getting RFE what are the processing times for most green card applicants?
2.) why did they pick our file for RFE when there are millions of applicants ahead of us? is that a good sign or a bad one?
3.) If the reply to RFE is complete in all respects, what is the next step?
