How risky is it to port AOS? My PERM, I-140 and I485 were filed when I was here in Folsom, CA and I got my EAD now, but GC still pending due to PD retrogression (mine is Feb 2006). I would like to move to Santa Clara, California while being in the same job under the same manager. Would this be a threat to my AOS approval? Please advice
