minor chilc I 485 adjustment of status question

I filed for my husband and got his LPR and then I filed for his son and got his and brought him here from Honduras. My question is: His son is 12 going on 13. His LPR card expires in November and I know that I have to file for a new one but I am not sure what paperwork that I need to file. His fathers LPR card is good for 10 years so we don't have to do his at this time. He never had a 2 year one because we had been married for two years before it was issued so he id not have to do the adjustment of status. I don't know how to do his sons. Could any of you tell me how if you have done the process for this.

My step- son has a CR-2 visa.

I'm suprised that he is CR-2. Is his Green Card a Conditional?
If so, he would need I-751 Removal of Condition on Green Card.

That is what I couldn't figure out but it says, CR-2 visa on his green card. So that is what had me asking questions. Can you tell me how that process works. What are we to expect?

Filing for stepson

Hi Thernand,
Can you tell me the process that you went through to file for your stepson that was residing abroad. I am filing for my wife and my stepson. My wife is here and I am not sure if I have to fill out two I-130 forms or/and an I-824 and if there are any other forms that should be filed. I am doing this on my own and would love all the help I can get. Thanks.
