Question about filing I-485

Immihelp is a great forum.
Does one need to submit W2 and income tax returns filed for last 3 years with I-485? That part is not shown on immihelp in procedure for I-485, but one of my friends is saying that one need to submit that.

No where in I-485 they say you must submit W2. Provide them if they ask RFE.

your most recent w2 is required(or get an IRS tax transcript)... others are optional but it is required for i-130 not the i-485 but you can send both together along with the rest of the forms for AOS
