AOS from H1 but not filled tax
Hi all,
I came here 4 years ago with h1b but unfortunately laid off and could not filled any tax. 7 months ago I got married with US citizen. Now I am going to apply for green card. can anybody please tell me whats the chance to get green card while i dont have any tax returns but I still have valid status.Please help us out as we have big stress.
