My H1-B Visa will expire in sept 2012 . I am a state employer , My company will not sponsor for Green card processing. My sister who is a Citizen of US is willing to sponsor my Green card. Can I get my H1-B Visa extended with out changing my employer if my I -130 is still pending ?
