I-485 help

Hi all, I'm new to this thing.
I'm filling out the I-485 form and for Part 2 for an adjustment to permanent resident status I'm confused as to which to mark. And I also have an issue for the "Current USCIS Status" part

So here is my situation. My girfriend and I were just recently married. I am a US citizen and she's a German citizen. All that she received at the airport (LAX) when she arrived was an I-94 card.

So here are my questions.

1. Under part 2, which box should I check because I can't find an option that meets us.

2. What do I put for Current USCIS Status?

And another question.

3. For part 1, do I put my address that my wife is living at, or do I put her original german address, but she was living with her parents though.
